2. Legal Entities and Applicable Jurisdiction
SimRapid operates through two legal entities to serve customers globally. The entity that provides services to you depends on your payment currency and method:
- SimRapid LLC - A Florida limited liability company (USA) that processes USD payments, including PayPal and credit card transactions in US Dollars. Customers paying in USD enter into a contract with SimRapid LLC, subject to the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America.
- SimRapid Ltda - A Brazilian limited liability company (Sociedade Limitada) that processes BRL payments, including PIX and credit card transactions in Brazilian Reais. Customers paying in BRL enter into a contract with SimRapid Ltda, subject to the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Both entities operate as part of the SimRapid brand and provide identical service quality and customer support. The applicable entity for your transaction will be clearly indicated during the payment process and on your invoice.
3. Description of Service
SimRapid provides global eSIM services that allow users to access mobile data connectivity in multiple countries. Our services include:
- eSIM profile provisioning and activation
- Mobile data connectivity through partner networks
- Account management and customer support
- Usage monitoring and billing services
4. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your contact information remains current
5. Service Availability and Coverage
