Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from 2018 onward do — iPhone XS/XR and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, recent Samsung Galaxy S and Z series, and many others. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. Check our unlock guide if you're not sure.
Will I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. The eSIM only carries data. Your regular SIM stays installed and active, so WhatsApp, calls and SMS keep using your usual number.
When does the plan start?
The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — not when you buy it. Install it at home, activate it when you land.
